Redwoods Dowling Kerr is delighted to announce the sale of Paw Prints Cattery in Burtle, Somerset. Paw Prints, an impressive traditional stone barn conversion, was an ideal choice for purchaser Mr T Jordan, who had been looking to buy a Cattery ever since working at one as a volunteer.
Mr Jordan had recently returned to the UK after living for many years in America, and the attractive two-bedroom property, which can house up to 43 cats, matched all his requirements. Paw Prints also boasts a large nature area with its own pond, and the sale also included a static caravan on site that was previously used as guest accommodation.
The Cattery is located deep in the Somerset countryside, but benefits from its proximity to many surrounding residential areas and passing traffic, whilst still maintaining a rural outlook.
Cat-loving couple Mr and Mrs Wason put Paw Prints up for sale after making the decision to swap kittens for children and start a family. “We would like children soon and were eager to change our lifestyle,” explains Mrs Wason, “so we were pleased the sale went so smoothly. We used Redwoods Dowling Kerr to buy the business in the first place and chose to use them again. We would definitely recommend the company.”
“Thank you to everyone at Redwoods Dowling Kerr for all your help and everything you have done to aid us to a prompt completion.”
Mr Wason also wished to personally thank sale negotiator Shelley Bedford of Redwoods Dowling Kerr for all her help in securing the sale. Shelley commented, “We are delighted to have conducted the sale quickly and easily to the satisfaction of both the purchaser and vendor.”
